Material Selection:

Our professional staff will assist you in choosing the material that is best suited to your project. We are in a unique position to introduce you to the widest selection of colors in Canada all within a few minutes from our showroom. Once you have selected the color of your choice kindly inform us of your decision.
**We recommend that you bring any paint, flooring, cabinet or fabric swatches that you have available to assist you in choosing the perfect color for your countertop.

Estimate:

To request an estimate stop by our showroom with your drawing/sketch complete with dimensions, of your kitchen. If you have already selected your granite color you can either fax or e-mail us your measurements.

**Note: A final estimate will be issued once we have the following information:
Edge profile: Please follow the link on our web site that displays all the edge profiles we can provide.
Backsplash: Please indicate if you need a backsplash for your countertop.
Template: We have taken the final template & any other special considerations have been resolved.

Approval:

Once final approval of materials, layout and a deposit for 50% of the estimated price has been received we will schedule for the Measurement/Template at your place.

Templating: Measurement of your countertop:

When booking with our experienced templators, not only are they there to measure your countertop but also to assist you with your choices and answer any other questions. Our templators are very knowledgeable and can educate you with the profile and design selection and guide you to the next steps required to complete your project.

Fabrication:

Using State of the art machinery, including a laser guided saw and CNC high tech equipment enables us to handle the most complex projects. Our experienced fabricators show their workmanship when cutting, polishing and shaping. Our finished projects are a reflection of our commitment to service and quality.

Installation:

Our scheduler will contact you to set up a convenient date for your installation. This should not take more than a couple of hours depending on the design.

What you need to know:

Prior to Installation: Prior to your installation date you must have your existing sink, faucet and cook top/stove disconnected and removed. You must remove your existing countertop prior to the installation unless prior arrangements are made with us. We are not responsible for any plumbing, gas, electrical or leveling of cabinet work. Bar or island brackets must be installed prior to installation, if required.

At time of Installation: The decision maker must be present during the installation. Please have all appliances, sinks, faucets, cook tops or slide-in stove on site in order to have your project installed successfully. Also please ensure the following, in order to carry through a successful installation:

- All bottom cabinets must be empty of any contents
- A minimum of 24 hours is required for the countertop and sink to set prior to reconnecting the plumbing
- Completion certificate must be signed once the countertop is installed.
